My name is Hillary Stuart and I am a Strategic Communications Major at the University of Utah. Before coming into this class my knowledge of AP writing style was non existent. I found this class to be challenging but extremely rewarding. I will be the first to admit, my strengths do not rely on my ability to have proper grammar.
I thoroughly enjoyed being able to take the skills that Jennie taught us and mixing in my own style. I was not aware that I had the ability to write humorously. I find that when I have a topic that I can twist into humor I enjoy it more as do my readers. I have found that if I have the ability to show my own personality in a piece of writing I will actually enjoy the process.
